A Client in Toronto

That was, hands down, one of the best compliments I received from a client this week. Moments like these make all the late nights all worth it.

Over the last 6 months, my team at Foam On Latte and I have been creating a custom Shopify application for a client in Toronto. We have been having a lot of fun in the process: late night calls, debugging sessions, and a lot of team bonding. The power of a great team is undeniable, and I'm truly happy with how things are progressing so far.

AI is making its mark in almost every industry, and as a startup founder, keeping up with the latest tools has become part of my daily routine.

If you’re in tech, you already know—AI is everywhere. It’s changing how we work, create, and even job hunt.

For example, LinkedIn is rolling out AI-powered tools to refine job searches, helping users discover opportunities that might not surface through traditional searches. The idea? AI can uncover "hidden" jobs you might have otherwise missed.

AI Tools I’m Loving Right Now

Here are a few AI-powered tools that have seriously upped my workflow:

🚀 Spinach AI: My go-to for accurate note-taking and task tracking. It captures key ideas from meetings with impressive accuracy. I tested it during a few tech consultation sessions, and it blew me away. No more scrambling to remember what was discussed!

Startups in the Age of AI

I spend a lot of time thinking about what I want to build long-term. Sure, I've got some exciting projects in the works, but I'll be honest – sometimes at 3 AM I'm lying there wondering "Is AI just going to make all of this irrelevant next month?

Instead of letting those thoughts spiral, I've made peace with them. They've actually pushed me to stay super curious, dig deeper into what's out there, and spot opportunities where AI could amplify what I'm building rather than replace it.
